The TCFA Negotiation team is pleased to share that we have reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) with the administration on 6/25/25. We will have our first informational meeting on 6/30/25 via zoom and will be able to provide a digital copy of the TA at that meeting. Our second meeting will be on 7/3/25 with an election date of 7/8/25. Please keep an eye on your personal emails with details and links to these meetings.

A HUGE THANK YOU to the negotiating team for the 21 sessions that they met with the administration, for 4-8 hours at a time, as well as countless hours prepping, planning, texting, calling, yelling, and a few moments of laughter thrown in there.

The TCFA negotiating team had it's first meeting with the administration this past Friday, February 28, 2025. We were fortunate to be joined by a few faculty members to hype us up before headed into negotiate.

Hi all, just a reminder that faculty holiday has been switched to election day. This year that is Tuesday, November 5.

We filed a step 1 grievance on November 6, 2023 and are currently in abeyance until December 1. - update in December an agreement was come to.

Not an April Fools joke...we are working on an agreement with the merging of the College Readiness department into the College Level departments of Math and English/Rhetoric. Send us all the good vibes as we are so close to finding middle ground!

Please vote in the Constitution Amendment vote. We need at least 40% of the membership to vote in these changes. Check your personal email and if you do not have the information, email us and we will send it to you. Absentee voting is open until March 9, in person voting is at the TCFA meeting on March 10.

Thank you to our members for coming out to vote. The tentative agreement was ratified by our member son July 14, 2021. It will go to the Board of Trustees on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 for finalization.
